The Montfort Care Early Intervention Programme focuses on identifying hearing impaired children within their 3 years of life and then offering timely therapy, medical linkages, education & eventually ensuring “Effective integration” to the society both on the academic and social fronts before the age of six years.
Acting as a nodal guidance centre in the area of operations, the direct role of Montfort Care is to create awareness among public and medical fraternity, conduct early screening of children, enhance access to therapy, medical treatment, hearing aids, speech therapy and parent infant training activities directly as well as in partnership with other stakeholders.

Montfort care has state-of-the-art audiological facilities to test hearing status of children. We have both screening as well as diagnostic equipment at the centre.

Atma has been associated with Montfort Care Early Intervention Centre since its inception in 2018. From the start, Brother Ranjith Moovarasu had the vision of preventing hearing loss for all children. His years of experience in the field, along with his commitment to learn and adapt changes into the organization have brought them where they are today. They have not only designed excellent programmes for intervention but have also been able to build a strong team to drive the mission of the organisation. We are really proud of having them as an Atma Partner.
I interacted with the Montfort team in the capacity of a mentor over a period of one month to help them with their communications strategy as well do some short workshops on social media and their team communications. The Montfort team is very agile and proactive. I loved my interactions with them, they are well-prepared for every session and ask the right questions. The Montfort team is well equipped to drive any project due to the systems they have in place. I equally took away from my interactions with them as they are a dynamic team.
